Its founder and current president, Daniel Villeneuve, wanted to set up an organization that would blend pleasure with work, customer satisfaction and quality of life, belonging and creativity. He was betting on respect and professionalism to develop long-term customer relationships.
As proof of his success in reaching his goals, his team members have been with the company an average of 8 years, and many customers have regularly been requesting the services of COI for many years.
